Monday, Aug-4, 5:30-7:00pm


Intermediate Distance Workout

1200m easy run, 200m walk, 300m hard, 3min rest
1000m easy run, 200m walk, 300m hard, 3min rest
800m easy run, 200m walk, 300m hard, 3min rest


Long Distance Workout
1600m easy run, 200m walk, 400m hard, 4min rest
1200m easy run, 200m walk, 400m hard, 4min rest
1000m easy run, 200m walk, 400m hard, 4min rest

Workout Details:  This track workout will test our mile speed while fatigued.  This workout will be building on our workouts from last Monday & Wednesday.

  • Easy run efforts:  Target the same pace that you averaged in the long workout from Wednesday.
  • Hard efforts:  Target the same pace that you averaged in the 6x400m workout from Monday.
