Although a little blurry, I am super proud of my accomplishment.
Getting a running shot of Desiree down the finishing stretch is not easy.

Intermediate & Long Distance Workouts
100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 500m, 600m, 500m, 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m
Rest for the 100s and 200s is 60sec
Rest for the 300s and 400s is 75sec
Rest for the 500s and 600s is 90sec

Workout Details:  We will be using your recent 800m time trial results for some of our upcoming workouts.  This workouts is a typical workouts performed by a collegiate 1500m or miler to increase aerobic power.  If you don't have a recent 800m max effort time - I guess you will be doing 1x800m!!!

Workout Pacing:  Select a pace between 80-90% of your recent 800m max effort.
