TOSH: A CrossFit Classic

Intermediate & Long Distance
3 Rounds: 200m, 400m, 600m

Workout Detail:  Rest the exact amount of time it takes you to do each effort. For example, if it takes you 40 seconds to run a 200m, you rest 40 seconds and then start your 400m, rest 400m time, run 600m, rest 600m time, run 200m, etc.

  1. Hey,I don't think people understand that cross fit is not about a slow controlled movement. It is about getting the lift done. You only start to go faster once you have conditioned your body to handle weight while moving. There is nothing wrong with using your whole body to perform an action, we do that with running and most every sport. Heck, even golf uses your muscles in weird and unnatural movements, but it works and you get used to it when you do it often enough.Thank you so much!!
